About this webinar
The Challenge: Helping Employees Understand and Apply AI
For many employees at Sweden's national radio station, Sveriges Radio (SR), artificial intelligence (AI) felt overwhelmingly complex. They were unsure where to begin, feared the technology itself, and didn’t know how to apply it in their work. Nima Shams and the academy at Sveriges Radio were tasked with creating a solution that could reach a large, diverse audience without disrupting their daily work.
The Solution: Nudging Employees to Experiment with AI
Instead of a traditional course, the team chose a digital learning journey with short, easy-to-digest lessons, each requiring no more than 15 minutes to complete. These lessons encouraged employees to experiment with AI practically and integrate it into their daily workflows. The team also encouraged sharing knowledge about AI, fostering continuous learning.
Employees Began Trying Out AI Tools and Shared Practical Experiences
Within two months from launch, half of Sveriges Radio’s approximately 2,000 employees had completed the lessons, gaining a solid understanding of AI. This effort not only increased AI knowledge across the organization but also provided valuable feedback to guide future AI projects.

In this webinar, Nima shares how they designed and delivered the program, along with practical advice for organizations wanting to introduce AI effectively.
